PROCEDURES FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
You must be in compliance with the following guidelines prior to filling out the return goods authorization request form:
All products sold at Best Buy Pool Supply come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer technical service department first to try to remedy the problem prior to contacting Best Buy. Please use the link provided to find manufacturer information. If technical support is not forthcoming from the manufacturer then please feel free to contact us if you require assistance with this procedure. At Best Buy Pool Supply we can provide warranty repair service for most of the products we sell only if in the event there isn't a local repair facility available. Best Buy Pool Supply does not express or imply any warranty, we do however try our utmost to make sure all of our customers warranty needs are handled promptly and fairly. All warranties are through the manufacturer. Best Buy Pool Supply expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use, inability to use or installation of any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is found to be defective by the manufacturer, and that obligation is limited.
Returns of non-defective ( In New Condition ) merchandise to BEST BUY POOL SUPPLY is permitted for any reason within 30 days of purchase date. There will be up to a 20% or a $5.00 re-stocking fee on all returned items (whichever is greatest).
Due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final on these items: All pool chemicals (government regulations), alarms, robotic cleaners, swimming pools and heaters. These items come with manufacturer warranties which will still apply.
Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in resellable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Special order products may only be returned for replacement if defective and not for refund. Installed merchandise is covered by manufacturer warranty.
1) Fill out the RGA form and if you have questions please call
(800) 877-1268 and ask for the Customer Service Manager. Once you have completed this form then fax it to (916) 861-0031 or 916-861-0821.
2) PLEASE wait for a response confirming that your RGA form has been processed. This response will be forwarded to you within 24 hours or the next business day.
3) No returns will be processed until this form has been completed and returned to Best Buy Pool Supply. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of all credits. If you return any merchandise without processing an RGA form first it will be refused and returned to you at your own expense.
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
1) DO NOT write anywhere on the box other than on the shipper label. USE ONLY CLEAR TAPE ON ANY ITEM RETURNED.
2) When returning any pool cleaner the warranty card and rebate form (when applicable) needs to be received along with the pool cleaner before any credits are applied to your account.
3) When returning all other merchandise the warranty information and all other printed material must be returned with the item.
4) If you received merchandise in another box then you are responsible for repackaging the merchandise prior to shipping it back to Best Buy Pool Supply. All items are to be returned through UPS or FEDEX only. Please remember to insure the merchandise if its value is over $100.00. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE.
If an item is received by Best Buy Pool Supply damaged during transport due to improper packing it will be refused and returned to you at your own expense. At this time you will file a damage claim with that carrier to receive reimbursement for the product shipped as Best Buy Pool Supply will not issue a credit for any item received damaged. No exceptions.
