This is our best solid domestic cover. It's made from 1,200 denier fabric by Hinspergers Poly Industries in Medina, New York. The scrim tape provides a very tight super strong weave. There is also a difference in the coating. Armor Kote™ is an extremely durable fabric coating that is stronger, has the most UV stabilizer, and resists scuffing or wear better than any other cover made in the world. The coating is enveloped over the finest and tightest inner grid found in the industry. This material is 30% thinner and 40% stronger than any other material used in the winter pool cover arena. This material is used in a wide variety of manufactured products where strength, durability, and product life are paramount. A pool in the heart of a severe winter is just that environment. The Armor Kote™ cover incorporates the same sewn loop system that the other Hinsperger domestic covers employ. This cover also incorporates the same 4-foot overlap on aboveground and 5 foot on the in-grounds. The color of this cover is Beige on top and Blue on the underside.
The Armor Kote™ cover has a 20 year warranty with the first 5 years FULL Replacment Cost on workmanship and material delamination. The remaining 15 years are based on a pro rated scale as a credit towards a new cover at the prevailing retail cover price at the time of repurchase.

Our exclusive mesh cover makes spring clean up a snap. The mesh holds together insuring that no gaps or holes develop, like in traditional mesh covers. Because the integrity of the mesh holds together, only rainwater and very fine silt can pass through. The result is a cleaner pool next spring, and no heavy water to lift off.

Rugged Mesh’s fine mesh allows rain and snow to slowly fill your pool, saving water and chemicals in the spring. The cover is made from tough U.V.-protected woven polyethylene that is strong enough to handle ice, snow, and sleet. Rugged double-stitched hems are triple reinforced for strength and the black underside retards algae growth.

All in-ground covers have a 5’ overlap and water bag loops every 4 feet for secure anchoring. Backed by an 8-Year Warranty.
