Poolguard Gate Alarm mounts next to any gate which gives easy access to your swimming pool. Any gate which allows young children easy and quick access to a pool area is dangerous and should have a gate alarm. All pools should be fenced, but the weakest link in a fence is the gate. The Poolguard Gate Alarm comes with two magnetic switches, 6 foot of hookup wire and operates on one 9-volt battery. The gate alarm has a delay switch which allows an adult to pass through the gate without the alarm sounding. When a child opens the gate, the alarm will sound in seven seconds and continue to sound; the alarm will sound even if the child should go through and close the gate. If for any reason the gate is accidentally left open, the alarm will sound.

The GATE ALARM uses one 9-volt battery — battery life is approximately one year. The GATE ALARM has a low battery indicator. If a child opens the gate, the alarm will sound in 7 seconds and will continue to sound until someone comes to the gate. There is no on/off switch. The alarm has a delay switch for adults to exit and enter without the alarm sounding. With the GATE ALARM, the gate can never be left open accidentally for a child or intruder to wander through. The POOLGUARD GATE ALARM come with two magnetic switches and 6 feet of hookup wire. The color of the alarm is gray and made from PVC. The GATE ALARM has a one year warranty and repair.
