| How do I track my order? |
| Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Best Buy Pool Supply with your tracking number. You then go to that shippers website: Fedex | UPS | USPS, and enter in your tracking number as it is shown in the email. |

| How does the polaris rebate work? |
| With the purchase of a Polaris/Zodiac product that is currently offering a rebate, the form will be either attached to the side of the box with your receipt or was slipped inside with your item. Once you have found your rebate form, fill out the necessary information and mail the rebate form and your receipt to Polaris/Zodiac. The mailing address for Polaris/Zodiac is located on the rebate form. |

| How long until I receive my order? |
| All orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day, assuming all of the items on your order are in-stock. Once your order ships you should have your items in 3 - 5 business days, which is standard ground shipping. If you ordered 3 day, 2nd day, or Overnight shipping the general rule is to not count the day it ships, excluding Overnight which will arrive the following day. |

| What gauge or mil is a Swimline liner? |
| Swimline does not market liners as gauge or mil. Dealers and distributors use these terms for marketing purposes only and are not true measurements of thickness. Our liners are the 2000 series or the Perma 25 series (which is heavier than the 2000 series and the heaviest we make). All of Swimline patterns and styles are comparable to the thickness of all liners in the industry. |
